		The warehouse in Wincolmlee Hull I purchased for £21000 when I got divorced, I lived in the flat on the top floor, and derived a income of £150 per week from the workshop and offices on the other floors. Purchase of 355 Hedon Road After my divorce I required some sort of income from the proceeds of the divorce , so I purchased the Hedon Road property for £50,000. I obtained a building Society mortgage over 25 years. Deposit of £4500 and a mortgage of £45500. After 4 months rent from my new tenants my incoming was way in excess of my outgoings on the mortgage. Sold in 1999 for £145,000 My New Girlfriend Gill Purchased an apartment in Playa Del Igles for £4000, used the apartment for ten years then sold it for £21,000 I went out with Gill,for 4 years, and she proved to be a very intelligent and a very supportive friend. We went on many holidays together Canary Islands, California (USA), South of France, Holland,Scotland, etc Gill sat in the lounge in my apartment Gill posing near the swimming pool.
